The virtual work in your company has a culture. And you make it. Take in consideration that virtual teams and projects are willing to fail because of lack of or miss -communication and those costs are very high. Look at the video in the HBR article bellow and think: Which virtual culture have we (and develop) in our company? are we taking care of it?
